Have you ever wanted to paint the beauty of a galaxy? In this fun and technique-focused watercolor workshop, local artist Scarlet Selleck will guide you through the process of creating your own stunning cosmic scene.
You’ll learn essential watercolor techniques for blending vibrant colors, creating luminous nebulas, adding sparkling stars, and achieving the depth and movement that make galaxies come to life. Scarlet will provide step-by-step instruction while sharing tips and tricks to help you build confidence with watercolor, whether you’re a beginner or looking to expand your skills.
Leave with a beautiful galaxy painting and the techniques to continue exploring the wonders of watercolor on your own.
Materials:
- Bring your own watercolor paints
- Bring watercolor paper
- Bring an assortment of watercolor brushes
- Masking tape or painter’s tape (optional)
